Overview

Joseph Biney Aidoo is a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Ghana. He obtained his LL.B from the Central University(CU), Accra in the year 2017. He also holds an MBA in HR.

 

He has twenty-six (26) years of experience in Human Resource (HR) Management of which Fourteen (14) were spent with Ghana Telecom and Vodafone, with twelve (12) in Church Administration at ICGC. He is well placed to understand employee and labour issues in different dimensions.

  

At Zoe, Akyea & Co., Biney Aidoo is an associate and doubles as and HR officer assisting the firm with human resource and administrative issues. He currently focuses his practice in civil litigation, criminal law, family law and dispute resolution.

 

He is well versed in the training function and with an in-depth knowledge in the delivery of performance appraisal. He is performance driven and work tirelessly to achieve expected results.
