Kissi Agyebeng
Special Prosecutor of Ghana
Kissi Agyebeng is an accomplished Ghanaian lawyer, lecturer at the University of Ghana, and the current Special Prosecutor of the Republic of Ghana. Prior to his appointment as the Special Prosecutor, Kissi Agyebeng was a Managing Partner of Cromwell Gray LLP — a reputable law firm in Accra, Ghana. Agyebeng started his legal career as an Associate at Zoe, Akyea, and Co. and has continued ascending the legal practice ladder in Ghana.
Irene Naa Torshie Addo
Senior Statesperson
Irene Addo started her law practice at Akufo Addo, Prempeh and Co. in 1996 and was a Partner at Zoe, Akyea and Co. from February 2006 till the date of her departure. Irene Addo was appointed as Ghana’s Deputy Ambassador to Washington DC in September 2006 and was elected Member of Parliament in December 2008 for the Tema West Constituency.
Hon. Irene Addo was a Partner of profound magnitude, and her legal expertise in Real Estate, Trade, and Investment law propelled the Firm during her time with us
Ralph Poku-Adusei
Managing Partner at Trent Legal
Ralph, a British and Ghanaian-trained legal practitioner, is a Managing Partner at Trent Legal. Ralph is a seasoned lawyer who has over eleven (11) years of experience in all facets of corporate and commercial practice, land acquisition, and criminal practice. Ralph has been intimately involved in directing ground-breaking litigation and has ascended a trajectory of excellence since he began his training and legal career at Zoe, Akyea & Co. He left the Firm as a Senior Associate in 2020.
David Atta Asiedu
Partner at ENSafrica Ghana
David began his litigation career at Zoe, Akyea & Co, where he worked from 2003 to 2007 before he joined Oxford & Beaumont’s (ENSafrica) finance team as an associate lawyer. David currently heads the Commercial Disputes Resolution practice of ENSafrica, which he set up in 2008. David is a premier practitioner and a highly regarded litigator in the legal profession.
